It was removed as it was too admin-heavy (there was no feedback as to whether it was a good idea or any use at all) and mainly those working on the site need to direct their energy towards the creation of a new website for the North American Section.
Some rituals may return, or more may be available on the new site - it's a case of "watch this space"...

if there is more interest in ressurecting the monthly ritual or something similar I will look into a way of getting it down which creates less work for those involved...
